Reason: I ordered something from her and asked her to reserve the item for me. Next, she asked me when do i want to get and pay the item, then i said that 20th plus of december then i get and pay the item. At that time, the date was 11th of Dec (think so). On 23Dec, I messaged her saying that i want to get and pay the item after new year as these few days im busy, she replied okay with a smiley face! And she's still willing to sell the item to me. She's superrrrrr friendly and she treats her customers like they are the kings/queens! :D
